Sugar Plum Fairy
I fell in LOVE with the idea of a plush tulle skirt when I saw a similar style at Anthropologie a few months ago. It was super cute, and super out of my price range. BUT — my internet deal stalking self found a similar style at shabby apple in my budget = SOLD! Right now the outfit possibilities in my head are endless.
