Evil Twin and Turban

January 23, 2014

I’ve been sort of obsessed lately with turbans since I learned how to tie them myself using a plain square scarf. It’s a great way to keep you ears warm in this cold weather, and especially awesome alternative when you get bored of doing the regular ol’ beanie or earmuffs routine. Plus, it doesn’t mess up your hair do and you can wear it with your hair up or down. Don’t need a crystal ball to know that there will be many more outfits in my future that involves turbans

Pssttt, there may even be a turban tutorial coming in the blog…

Outfit Combo: sweater from Evil Twin, skirt from Madewell, sunglasses from Alter, boots from Dolce Vita, necklace from Brandi Melville .

Love the mani, Gita! Do you have some recommended turban tutorials for me to check out? I’m going to need to rock this style as my pixie grows out. It looks so cute on you!

omg you look terrific! Everything about your look matches perfectly and has its own unique style. I only now grasped that your sweater isn’t made of two pieces!! haha :D Love the different patters, especially the one on your sleeves but the combo of the inner and outer patterns is beautiful! The glasses and turban are the cherry on top. So, so perfect!!!
