Hukkster is every fashion bargainer’s best friend. This app allows you to track items in your wish list and notifies you when that item goes on sale. You may not splurge on that $200 J.Crew blazer, but if the price just went down to $50, why not?
CON: The app is only available on iPhone & iPad, and you can only track prices of items from participating retailers. Most big retailers, like Nordstrom and Saks, are part of the group; but I wish it works on smaller sites like YumiKim.

Stylebook is the answer to every organization-obsessed fashion girl’s prayer. It not only allows you to catalog the clothes you have in your closet, but also allow you to create outfit combinations based on the items you’ve uploaded to your “virtual closet”. From there the fashion and organization possibilities are endless: you can create an outfit calendar, figure out how when was the last time you wore your favorite skirt, and even get stats on which item you’re getting the most value out of.
CON: Although reasonably priced, the app is not free and is only available for iPhone & iPad.

This app is basically like the paper doll dress-up game you played as a kid, but on steroids. Not only can you dress up the model in the latest fashion trends, you can customize the hair and make-up to match. The objective of the game is to get a high score on your outfits (scored by other coveteurs) to win virtual dollars, and fill up your closet even more. Every once in awhile there will also be real prizes for the top scorers.
CON: Super addictive game!
