Have you met the muffin (wo)man, I’ll give you a hint — it’s me! In case you couldn’t tell from this post here and here, I LOVE baking muffins (true story). They make the house smell yummy, they are so so FLUFFY, and it’s pretty easy to do… so easy my son bakes them with me. Here is the latest and greatest concoction because my lil man loves blackberries and anything with a crunchy topping.
