Saks Shopping Party

I had tons of fun my girlfriends at a Saks shopping party this past Wendnesday. We had snacks, drinkies, and got make-up tips from Bobbi Brown cosmetics. Oh, did I mention I also caused all sorts of damage and mayhem to my American Express card?

What make-up techniques did we learn and loot we left Saks with? Read on to find out…

The evening started off with a lesson in day-to-night make-up wear. Since Felicia happen to sit closest to the make-up counter, she unceremoniously got volunteered to be the model. But I kinda wished that I had volunteered instead, because I loved the smoky eyes makeover she got.

Of course, since this is a shopping party, the night is not complete without some bag purchases. With so many bags to choose from, I was definitely a kid in a candy store! Thankfully I kinda sorta had a plan coming in. I knew I wanted a cross body bag— so after a quick search, I settled on the Miu Miu Matelasse Mini Coffer Messenger Bag.

…that is until I saw the Valentino Rock Lock Leopard-Print Calf Hair Crossbody Bag, literally as I’m about to pay for my Miu Miu. The bag was so hot, I fell in love at the first sight. I must have been fated to get this bag hahaha.
