This year, one of my resolution is to try more new places to eat—or as I put it to my husband: “to eat the world”. I order to accomplish this resolution and keep my girlish figure, I added another resolution to my list: workout more, so I can eat more. What’s my workout of choice that’s going to help me keep my girlish figure? Hydro Boot Camp. The class, based on US Navy Special Operations and Diver training, combines both land and water exercises. The exercises are always different every time and are designed to push you.
