Like many other parents, we too will be welcoming the New Year from the comfort of our home. But, just because you are at home doesn’t mean that you can’t still dress up and be fancy! We are making some yummy hors d’oeuvres known as little cucumber boats! I sliced the cucumbers and scooped out all the seeds then used this Persian Yogurt recipe for the filling.
