I just cant resist any clothing that’s Feline related. I’m that person who, rather than being appalled, actually wanted the cat shirt that Melissa Mccarthy wore in the movie Spy. So when I saw this tiger pullover from French Connection, I knew I had to have it. What I love about the tiger, other than the fact that its super cute, is that it’s embroidered rather than printed. So I know it’s not going to get distorted and frayed after just a few wear.
This pullover is super versatile and can be worn so many different ways. For this outfit, I opted to pair it with a skirt in the same monochromatic grey. Then I topped it off with a collarless coat and a faux fur stole to “fancy it up”. Round it off with my comfy trusty Dr. Marten and I’m ready to walk miles around town.
Hold up, you didn’t think I would forget to accessorize, did you? My lil’ something for this outfit is the pair of watch and bracelet from Christian Paul. In the past year or so, I’ve really became a watch aficionado — I almost always have one on hand. The kinds of watch I’ve been wearing tend to be on the “safer” side. By that I mean colors that are safe and easily pairable with any outfit: black and tans. But this time I decided to venture outside my comfort zone (albeit not that far) with a light blush pink one. I don’t own very many pink items, but I think this pastel color is a nice contrast to grays.
Outfit Combo: tiger embroidered sweater from French Connection, skirt, collarless coat from Uniqlo (find similar here), tippet faux fur scarf from Oasis, heattech tights from Uniqlo, watch from Christian Paul, bracelet from Christian Paul, clemency smooth boots from Dr. Martens.
