Bold Cold Shoulder

We’re deep into summer, but I still haven’t gotten my requisite pool/beach time yet. I have, however, gotten my dose of summer sun by exploring the rooftops of New York City. And thank god for that, because you know some summer colors just look a lot better on glowing tan skin. Like this bold yellow dress from ModCloth, for example.

By the way, have you guys gotten into the cold-shoulder trend yet? If you haven’t yet you better hop to it! If you’ve ever shied away from off-shoulder tops because you find it annoying having to keep pulling the shoulder sleeves down because it keeps riding up, then this is a great alternative for you. You get all the fun frills of the shoulder ruffles, but without the pain of managing the sleeves.
